Do you guys like Pancakes? Pancakes are very healthy and nutritious breakfast food . Why don’t we try to make pancakes at home instead of ordering from a restaurant.We can make various varieties of pancakes. Here I am going to make a Banana Pancake.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Rice flour
- 1 Banana mashed
- 1 Egg
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tbsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Butter
Preparation
- Mix rice flour,banana ,egg,milk,sugar and salt in bowl. You can use a blender to mix it all.
- Now heat a pan ,add butter then pour the batter into the pan and spread it evenly in a circular shape.
- Cook both side until it becomes golden brown color.
