Potato Bhaji

Potatoes are known as the comfort food.It is a good source of potassium and carbohydrates.Here is the recipe of Potato Bhaji, which will go a best combo with chapathi /Dosa.

  • 3 Potatoes
  • 2 Onions
  • Chopped Ginger
  • 2 Green Chilly
  • 1/4 tbsp Turmeric powder
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Mustard seeds
  • 2 Red Chilly
  • Curry leaves


  • Heat oil in a Pan. Splutter mustard seeds.
  • Add red chilly and curry leaves.
  • Add chopped Ginger and roast it.
  • Now add the chopped onions and saute it.
  • Add finely chopped potatoes and fry it for sometime.
  • Add Turmeric powder and salt.
  • Cook it until the potatoes are soft.
  • Turn off the flame . Now the Potato Bhaji is ready to serve.
