- 3 Potatoes
- 2 Onions
- Chopped Ginger
- 2 Green Chilly
- 1/4 tbsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Mustard seeds
- 2 Red Chilly
- Curry leaves
- Heat oil in a Pan. Splutter mustard seeds.
- Add red chilly and curry leaves.
- Add chopped Ginger and roast it.
- Now add the chopped onions and saute it.
- Add finely chopped potatoes and fry it for sometime.
- Add Turmeric powder and salt.
- Cook it until the potatoes are soft.
- Turn off the flame . Now the Potato Bhaji is ready to serve.
