Health Mix is good nutritious and protein rich food for both babies and adults. It contains nuts, cereals and pulses.

- 1 cup Health Mix powder
- 4 tbsp Rice flour
- 5 tbsp grated coconut
- Salt to taste
- Grind the health mix powder,rice flour and coconut in a Mixer Grinder to make the well mixed dosa batter.
- Add salt.
- Heat the pan and pour the batter in a circular manner.
- Spread oil on top of it and cook the both sides.
