Ingredients
- 2 Eggplant
- 1/4 tbsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp Chilly powder
- 1/2 tbsp Pepper powder
- 1/2 Garam masala
- 1tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- Salt to taste
Preparation
- Marinate the eggplant with turmeric powder,chilly powder, pepper powder,garam masala,ginger-garlic paste and salt.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add marinated eggplant into it.Let it cook for 15 minutes in a low flame.
- Now turn the eggplant other side and cook it for another 15 minutes.
- Turn off the flame and serve the hot spicy fried eggplant.
