Fried Eggplant

Fried Eggplant is most of the vegetarians favourite dish.Do you know about its nutritional values? Eggplant is a great source of dietary fiber,vitamin B1 and copper. Let us see how to make spicy eggplant fry.

Ingredients

  • 2 Eggplant
  • 1/4 tbsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp Chilly powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Pepper powder
  • 1/2 Garam masala
  • 1tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • Salt to taste

Preparation

  • Marinate the eggplant with turmeric powder,chilly powder, pepper powder,garam masala,ginger-garlic paste and salt.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add marinated eggplant into it.Let it cook for 15 minutes in a low flame.
  • Now turn the eggplant other side and cook it for another 15 minutes.
  • Turn off the flame and serve the hot spicy fried eggplant.
