Tomatoes are rich sources of vitamins and minerals.I made this tomato rice for the lunch.This is a simple and an easy recipe for babies above 12 months.
- Tomato puree (1 tomato)
- 1/2 cup Rice
- 1/2 tbsp Mustard seeds/Cumin seeds
- 1/4 tbsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp Ghee
- Heat ghee in a pan and splutter mustard seeds.
- Add tomato puree into the pan.
- Add turmeric powder and salt ,allow the mixture to boil.
- Add rice to the mixture and cook it.You can also add cooked rice.
- Stir well and turn of the flame.
