Sardines are the favourite fish for most of the fish lovers.It contains omega-3 fatty acids,vitamins and minerals. Sardines are very inexpensive and easy to prepare.
- 1/2 kg Sardines
- 1 Raw Mango
- 2Green chilly
- Chopped Ginger
- Chopped Garlic
- 6tbsp grated Coconut
- 1 tbsp Chilly powder
- 1/4 tbsp turmeric powder
- Curry leaves
- Add Chopped Mango,Green chilly,Ginger,Chilly powder, Turmeric powder and salt in a clay pot and boil it.
- Add fish into the boiling mixture and allow it to cook.Remember After Adding fish you should not stir it.
- Add garlic and coconut into the pot.
- Add Curry leaves to it. Now turn off the flame.
