Papaya is famous for its anti-cancer properties and it contains powerful antioxidants. Papaya can be used to make number of food varieties. Here is an easy recipe of Papaya Thoran.
- 1 Raw Papaya
- 2 Green chilly
- 1/4 tbsp turmeric powder
- Chopped Garlic
- 5 tbsp grated coconut
- Curry leaves
- Cook chopped Papaya in a pot by adding Green chilly, Turmeric powder and salt.
- In a pan heat oil, splutter mustard seeds.
- Add Red chilly, chopped garlic and grated coconut and saute it.
- Add cooked Papaya into the pan and saute.
- Add curry leaves.
